A private calendar utility that places busy blocks on your connected Google calendars, so people scheduling with you can see when you are unavailable.

How it works

Connect your work and personal Google Calendar accounts. Events on one calendar create private “Busy” blocks on the other. You can also connect an iCloud calendar as a source: its events create busy blocks on both Google calendars, without changing the iCloud originals.

Busy blocks copy event timing only. They do not include event titles, descriptions, locations, guests, or meeting links. The utility updates or removes its blocks when source events change, and skips declined invitations and events marked free.

A clean personal view

Optional private, read-only calendar feeds show your Google originals without the generated blocks. Subscribe to them in Apple Calendar alongside your iCloud calendar. These feeds can contain event titles, descriptions, locations, and links back to Google Calendar. Protect feed access and share it only intentionally.

Why Calendar access is requested

The app requests permission to see, create, change, and delete events on Google calendars you own. Reading events lets it calculate availability and build your optional viewing feeds. Write access lets it maintain its generated busy blocks. Its intended behavior is to leave your original Google events unchanged.

Authorization takes place on Google’s sign-in page. The app receives access tokens; it does not receive your Google password. You can disconnect it through your Google Account settings.

Availability and support

This is a privately operated utility under development, with access arranged directly with the operator. There is no public signup on this website. Synchronization and subscribed feeds refresh periodically; they are not instantaneous.
