Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Calendar Busy Sync, operated by Calendar Busy Sync developers. By using the utility, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the privacy policy.

Purpose and access

The utility synchronizes busy blocks between calendars you authorize and may provide private, read-only viewing feeds. Access is arranged directly with the operator. This website provides information and does not create a service account or subscription.

Your responsibilities

Connect only accounts and calendars you are authorized to access. Follow your employer’s rules and the applicable Google, Apple, and hosting-provider terms. Keep account credentials, app-specific passwords, and private feed access secure. Do not use the service to access another person’s data without permission.

Calendar behavior and limitations

You authorize the utility to read configured source calendars and create, update, and delete its generated busy blocks on configured Google calendars. It is intended to preserve original events. Changes you make to a generated block may be overwritten or the block recreated during a later sync.

Synchronization runs periodically and may cover a limited date range. Outages, expired authorization, provider limits, configuration errors, or software defects can cause delays, missing blocks, or inaccurate availability. Check important appointments in their original calendars. The utility cannot guarantee conflict-free scheduling or continuous availability.

Stopping use

You may stop using the utility and revoke access at any time. Revocation does not automatically remove existing busy blocks or previously generated feed data. Contact calendar-busy-sync@nw9a.slmail.me for removal assistance. Access may be suspended or ended if needed for security, maintenance, or misuse.

Service and liability

The utility is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties to the extent permitted by applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use or unavailability of the utility. These terms do not exclude rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact
